If you need to write to SIRI using our contact form, you must first choose one of the below reasons for your enquiry.

Use this contact form to send a completed and signed application to SIRI.
Do not use this contact form, if you want to ask SIRI questions. Also, do not use this contact form. if you have already sent an application to SIRI and now want to send additional documentation.
You can use this contact form, if you are a Fats-Track Scheme employer or applicant and want to inform SIRI that you have handed over or received a residence card.
Note that you cannot use this contact form to ask additional questions to SIRI - i.e. regarding residence cards in general.
Processing your personal data
Purpose
When you contact SIRI, we process your personal data in order to:
- Respond to inquiries related to SIRI's jurisdiction.
- Register and process inquiries regarding specific cases handled by SIRI.
- Compile statistics to improve our case processing, websites and digital solutions in addition to other areas within the agency's jurisdiction.
- Respond via Digital Post when possible. This is why, among other reasons, we ask for your CPR number.
Legal Basis
The legal basis for processing your personal data is:
- Article 6.1 (c) and (e) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Section 11(1) of the Danish Data Protection Act for use of your CPR number to identify you.
