Users of SIRI’s Citizen Centre can now help make our service even better

On Monday 28 November 2016 the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) launched a user survey in our Citizen Centre. The survey is intended to help us understand and serve our users even better.

The survey is done in collaboration with an external consultancy and will run over a period of six months.

We have therefore installed two iPads in our Citizen Centre, which allow users of our Citizen Centre to answer a number of questions about the service they just received.

We hope that many will use the opportunity to give us feedback by participating in the survey. We will do our part by encouraging approx. every fifth visitor to participate.

In the survey we ask questions about the rate of satisfaction with the service in our Citizen Centre. We also ask about the purpose of the visit and whether the user has sought information on before the visit to the Citizen Centre.

It will only take a couple of minutes to answer the questions in the survey.

During the next six months, we will periodically analyse the results of the survey in order to find ways to improve our service in the Citizen Centre even more.

We thank all of those who take the time to participate in the survey during the next six months.
