Changes in SIRI phone lines from 3 May 2017

On 3 May 2017 the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) introduces changes to the phone lines to our Call Center.

The changes means that from now on it will, as a rule, be an employee from the specific office processing your application who will answer your call.

For example, if you call us as a student, it will usually be an employee from Study who will take your call.

It is therefore important that you call the correct number when you call SIRI to ask a question. This way, we will be able to assist you faster and better.

Choose the correct number in the list below, when you need to contact SIRI:

+45 72 14 20 01 – Work
Residence permit based on the Pay Limit scheme, the Positive List, Fast-track, researchers, authorisation, Greenland/Faroe Islands (incl. any accompanying family members)

+45 72 14 20 02 – Study
Residence permit as a student, PhD student, Establishment card, au pair or Working Holiday (incl. any accompanying family members)

+45 72 14 20 03 – Other schemes
Residence permit based on the Greencard scheme, agriculture, sports, interns (incl. any accompanying family members)

The changes are introduced as part of SIRIs continuing efforts to improve our service to our users.
