The deadline for having your biometric features recorded has been extended temporarily
There is currently an increased demand in appointments for having your biometric features recorded (fingerprints and facial photo). Because of this, we have temporarily extended the deadline from 2 weeks to 4 weeks, after you have sent your application.
This means that you now have up to 4 weeks to have your biometric features recorded after you have sent your application, instead of the usual 2 weeks.
Please book your appointment as quickly as possible after you have sent your application.
If you are not going to use your appointment, please remember to cancel, as this allows another applicant to use it.
SIRI cannot record biometric features or issue re-entry permits on behalf of the Danish Immigration Service. For this, you must contact The Danish Immigration Service directly.
