SIRI and DI invite you to Business Forum on 11 September 2026
The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) and the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI) will host this year's Business Forum on 11 September 2026 at Industriens Hus in Copenhagen.
The 2026 Business Forum will provide the latest updates from SIRI and DI, including an overview of current rules and administrative practices concerning international recruitment. The Minister for Immigration and Integration, Morten Bødskov, and DI's Executive Vice President, Søren Kryhlmand, will participate in a debate on current developments. In the afternoon, participants can take part in a range of thematic workshops with SIRI’s staff.
This year's theme is shared responsibility – from public authorities to employers – in ensuring successful international recruitment. Among other topics, we will focus on the well-being and long-term retention of international employees in Denmark. Representatives from the newly established partnership, ‘Rooted in Denmark’, which include labour market organisations and other stakeholders, will present their work to strengthen the integration and retention of the international workforce in Denmark.
Business Forum is relevant whether you are considering hiring your first international employee or have many years of experience recruiting international employees.
Participation is free of charge and open to everyone.
Online participation is available for the morning programme only.
Please note that the number of seats for the in-person event is limited. This means that only a maximum of two participants from the same company may register.
