It is now possible to change appointments at SIRI's citizen centres

The new features are available, and here you can get a quick overview of them.

You are now able to change both the date and time of your appointment with SIRI's citizen centres if you need to. You can do this by selecting "Change appointment" at the bottom of the confirmation email you receive when you book an appointment.

You can also change the number of applicants you have booked an appointment for. For example, if you have booked an appointment for 6 applicants but only bring 4, we encourage you to change your booking in advance. That way, others can benefit from the extra time available. On the other hand, if you have booked an appointment for 2 applicants but you end up having to bring 3, you must change your booking before you show up. However, you will not be guaranteed an appointment on the same day as the original appointment. It depends on whether there are available times in our system.
