SIRI's call centre is closed from December 23, 2024 until January 6, 2025
The opening hours in the week leading up to Christmas (week 51) are:

Monday 16 December: 9am - 3pm

Tuesday 17 December: Closed

Wednesday 18 December: 9 am - 3 pm

Thursday 19 December: 9 am - 3 pm

Friday 20 December: 9am - 12pm
The call centre will reopen on 6 January, 2025.
