Help SIRI write better letters to our professional users
The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) hereby invites companies and relocation bureaus to take part in the new user panel regarding SIRI’s work schemes. The purpose of the user panel is to strengthen the communication between SIRI and the professional users.
SIRI is working on making our letters sent to the users of our work schemes more understandable and easy to read. This year, we have made changes to some of our letters, and we now need your help evaluating them. Therefore, we are inviting representatives from companies and relocation bureaus to two meetings, one in November and one in December 2023.
The meetings will be focusing on the letters we send out in relation to processing employment related cases, specifically in our Fast Track and Pay Limit Scheme. The letters in question are refusal letters and notices of consultation of parties involved. The purpose is for SIRI to gain insight into how you read, understand and forward the information from our letters.
About the meetings
In the first meeting, we will look at residence and work permits and notices of consultation of parties involved. The second meeting is a follow-up meeting, where you can provide further feedback and SIRI can answer any questions there might be. Afterwards, we will inform you on how we have used your input to strengthen our written communication.
- 1st meeting: 28th of November 2023 from 10:30-12:30 (2 hours)
- 2nd meeting: 7th of December 2023 from 10:30-12:30 (2 hours)
- Place: Scandic Aarhus City hotel, Østergade 10, 8000 Aarhus
Sign up by e-mail
SIRI encourages all companies and relocation bureaus to sign up. Size, business area and experience level with SIRI’s work schemes does not matter. SIRI wishes to facilitate meetings with participants that represents the variety of professional users, we communicate with. You sign up by sending an e-mail to erhvervsforum@siri.dk.
When you sign up, you sign up for both meetings. It is important, that you can participate to both.
The meetings have a limited number of participants. Therefore, SIRI cannot guarantee you a seat for this user panel, even if you have signed up. For the same reason, a company or relocation agency can only have one participant each.
Deadline for signing up is Wednesday 15th of November 2023.
