Invitation to SIRI’s webinar on the new exemption rule for affiliated companies

The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) is hereby inviting you to a webinar with focus on the new exemption rule for affiliated companies.

SIRI regularly hosts various webinars concerning both international recruitment and the EU regulations. The purpose of the webinars is to inform SIRI’s users on rules and application procedures. 

The theme of the upcoming webinar will be the new exemption rule for affiliated companies. Among other things, the new rule is meant to support the affiliated companies’ need for flexible access to work across the group, as well as to provide the opportunity for foreigners to work in Denmark for 2 working periods, consisting of a maximum of 15 working days each within 180 days. The new rule took effect on 17 November 2023.

This webinar is specifically aimed at companies and relocation agencies that wish to know more about the new exemption rule on our work schemes, including how the rule can be used in practice.

The webinar is held Thursday 30 November 2023 from 10.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.

The deadline for signing up for the webinar is Monday 27 November 2023.

The seminar is hosted in collaboration with SIRI, the Immigration Service and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

SIRI will host a similar webinar in English at a later date.
