Longer telephone wait times at SIRI

You may experience longer wait times if you call SIRI at the moment. Due to the summer holidays, there are fewer agents than usual to handle calls.

If you have received a receipt from us, this means that we have received your application or documents. You do not need to call us to confirm that we have received your application.

You are still welcome to call us if you have other questions, such as questions about SIRI’s different schemes.
