The online booking system for preliminary permits under the Fast Track scheme is working again

The technical issues have been resolved.

SIRI has beee experiencing issues with online bookings regarding preliminary permits under the Fast Track scheme. These issues have now been resolved, and businesses can once again book appointments for preliminary permits online via the link they receive when submitting the application.

Consequently, the temporary telephone line has been terminated.
