Most of the information we have is confidential. We cannot release this information to people who are not involved in the case. This is because of our duty of confidentiality.

In certain cases we can release information to your employer, educational institution, host family, place of internship etc.

If you call us in the capacity of host family, employer or place of internship it might be necessary for us to ask you a verification question to determine whether you may receive information.
