New technical adjustment of the minimum gross annual pay under the Pay Limit and Fast-track schemes effective on 1 February 2017
Regrettably, a slight technical error has been found in the calculation of the new minimum gross annual pay concerning applications after the Pay Limit scheme and the Pay Limit-track under the Fast-track scheme.
This means that the correct amount following the yearly regulation for 2017 is DKK 408,800 – not DKK 408,000 as previously announced.
The new adjusted minimum amount will be effective from 1 February 2017.
Applications submitted between 1 January 2017 and 31 January 2017 will be processed according to the previously announced minimum amount of DKK 408,000.
Applications submitted after 31 January 2017 will be processed according to the new minimum amount of DKK 408,800.
This means that if you have signed a contract with an employee before 1 February 2017, but submit the application after this date, the salary must comply with the new minimum amount.
