Fee – Pay the fee for appeals and re-opening of cases
It is necessary to complete three steps (in the following order) when you submit an appeal, or you wish to request for a re-opening of a closed case:

Create case order ID. Please ensure that you select the correct case type from the drop-down menu.

Pay the fee (unless the applicant is exempt).

State the case order ID on the appeal or request for a re-opening and attach documentation for payment.
