Changed telephone opening hours at the Danish Immigration Service
From week 38, the Danish Immigration Service is changing its opening hours for telephone inquiries. This means that the telephones will also be open on Fridays.
The new opening hours are:
- Mondays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Fridays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
During the peak season for passport applications, the Danish Immigration Service has, for a limited period, prioritised additional resources for processing passport applications and therefore had fewer resources available for telephone inquiries. The peak season is now coming to an end, and we can therefore once again allocate more resources to telephone inquiries so that as many people as possible can receive guidance.
For authorities
From week 38, the Danish Immigration Service’s hotline for municipalities will follow the same opening hours as the general telephone service.
