New appointments for personal service at the Danish Immigration Service's Citizen Service are available daily
The Danish Immigration Service's Citizen Service is currently experiencing a high number of visitors. As a result, it may take longer than usual to find an available appointment for personal service, including appointments to have your biometric features recorded for a residence permit.
You can book an appointment up to 3 weeks in advance.
To make it easier to find an available appointment, new appointments are made available every day in our online booking system. We therefore encourage you to check the booking system regularly and book an appointment as soon as one becomes available.
Please note that appointments can only be booked through the online booking system. It is not possible to book an appointment by phone, through the contact form or by email. All appointments for personal service at the Danish Immigration Service's Citizen Service must be booked through our online booking system.
Due to reduced staffing at the Danish Immigration Service, the deadline for having your biometric features recorded for your residence permit and for a new passport has been extended to 6 weeks.
If you have applied for a residence permit under the Special Act for Displaced Persons from Ukraine, or if you are a family member of such a person, the deadline remains 4 weeks.
If you have booked an appointment that you no longer need, please cancel it so that someone else can use it.
