Adjusted opening hours for telephone lines at the Danish Immigration Service
The Danish Immigration Service is adjusting the opening hours for the telephone service from Monday, 27 April 2026.
As of 27 April, the new opening hours for the Danish Immigration Service’s telephone service will be:
- Mondays: 9:00–15:00
- Wednesdays: 9:00–15:00
The reason for this change is that the Danish Immigration Service is currently receiving a high number of applications related to passports. The adjustment will help free up more resources for case processing, enabling as many applicants as possible to receive a decision within the current processing times.
For authorities only
As of 27 April, the Danish Immigration Service’s hotline for authorities will have the following opening hours:
- Mondays: 9:00–15:00
- Wednesdays: 9:00–15:00
- Fridays: 9:00–12:00
