A high number of passport applications affects telephone availability at the Danish Immigration Service
The Danish Immigration Service is currently experiencing a significant increase in the number of applications for new passports and passport renewals.
We are therefore prioritising the use of our resources to process cases, so that as many applicants as possible receive a decision within our stated processing times.
This may result in longer waiting times and limited availability on our telephone lines.
Please note that it is not possible to contact the Ministry of Immigration and Integration for guidance on cases processed by the Danish Immigration Service.
