Information about delays in SIRI's residence cards
There are currently problems with the synchronisation between CPR and SIRI's systems.
The error means that addresses from the CPR are not being transferred correctly to SIRI's systems. As a result, some citizens will unfortunately experience delays in receiving their residence cards or, in some cases, will not receive them at all.
If more than 8 weeks have passed since you were notified of your residence and work permit by SIRI and you have not yet received your residence card, you can contact us by telephone on +45 72 14 20 00 or use our contact form.
At the moment, there is no time frame for when the error will be resolved, but we will keep the website updated with any new information.
