Extended delivery time on residence cards

The Danish Immigration Service and SIRI is currently introducing new residence cards due to changed EU-rules regarding the design and features of the cards.

Due to the introduction of the new residence cards, there will be a transition period where the delivery time for a residence card will be longer than the normal 2-3 weeks from a ruling is made. We expect the production of residence cards to be normalized early March 2021 and here after the delivery time will be 2-3 weeks again.
