The Immigration Service opens for recording of biometric features, if you book an appointment in advance

The Immigration Service now opens for applicants who in advance book an appointment to have their biometric features (fingerprints and facial image) recorded for the use of the case processing.

From Monday 8 June 2020, it is possible to book an appointment for recording of biometric features if you have submitted an application to the Immigration Service, but have not yet had your biometric features recorded.

If you have to get your biometric features recorded, you must contact the Immigration Service by phone and book an appointment. Read more about how to book an appointment

When you have an appointment, you must appear in person at the appointed time at the Immigration Service’s Citizen Service in Næstved. Please note that it is not possible to visit us at our Citizen Service, if you show up without having an appointment. Nor is it possible to book an appointment for other matters than recording of biometric features.

To minimize the infection risk, the Citizen Service will be organized in accordance with the health authorities’ guidelines on distances, hygiene etc.
