Help logging in to Part 2 of a digital application
If you experience problems when logging in to part 2 of a digital application, it can be caused by a number of things. Read more below.
1. Are reference number and password entered correctly?
Check that you have entered the reference number and password correctly.
The person, who submitted part 1, has been given the correct reference number and password at the end of part 1. If this person is not exempt from Digital Post he/she has also received the reference number and password in a letter send to Digital Post.
The reference number consists of 8 numbers and the password consists of 8 letters/numbers. Please note, that there is a difference between capital letters and small letters.
2. Have you changed the password?
When you log in to part 2 for the first time, you will be asked if you want to change the password to a self-selected password. If you cannot log in with the password that he person, who submitted part 1, has been given, the reason could be that you have changed it at some point. Try to log in with your self-selected password.
3. Have you submitted the application?
Your reference number and password can no longer be used if the application has been signed and submitted. Therefore, you will not be able to log in if you have submitted the application already.
