Secure communication
If you need to communicate in a secure manner with the Danish Immigration Service, you can use Danish Digital Post. As an employee of an authority or company, you can write to us from virk.dk. As a citizen you can use Digital Post on borger.dk, e-Boks.dk or mit.dk.
If you wish to send confidential or sensitive information by email to the Immigration Service, you should use Digital Post.
You can also use our Contact Form. The Contact Form sends your inquiry using a secure connection to the Danish Immigration Service. However, we can only respond to your inquiry using a secure connection, if you have signed up for Danish Digital Post from public authorities.
