How do I log on to an online form as an applicant?

How you login as an applicant depends on the online form you are using:

AR1 and AR3 online
In order to log on to the AR1 and AR3 online form as an applicant, you must have received a reference number and password for Part 2 (applicant’s part) from your employer in Denmark. You can only log on to Part 2, if your employer has completed Part 1 and has passed on the reference number and password to you.

If you cannot log on to Part 2 of an application, check that you have entered the correct reference number and the correct password. We recommend that you contact your employer and verify that you have been given the appropriate reference number and the correct password.

If you have previously logged on to an online form and have changed your password, enter your self-chosen password instead. If you have forgotten your password, you cannot log on to the application again, and your employer will have to start from the beginning on a new online application.

FA3 online
In order to log on to the FA3 online form, you must have received a reference number and password for Part 2 (applicant’s part) from your spouse/partner. You can only log on to Part 2, if your spouse/partner has completed Part 1 and has passed on the reference number and password to you.

FA4 online
In order to log on to the FA4 online form, you must use a digital signature / NemID. Read more about digital signature/NemID

FA8/FA9 online
In order to log on to the FA8/FA9 online form, you must use the username and password that the system generates for you the first time you choose to start a new application.

you will not be able to log in to your application, and your employer will need to fill out a new on-line application.

How do I submit an online application with a scanned copy of my signature?

Selected online forms can be signed and submitted by attaching a signed copy of the declarations of the application.

Instructions
Follow the instructions in the online form. If the online form can be submitted using a copy of your scanned signature, you will during the online process have the opportunity to choose scanned copy of signature as the way to submit the application. On one of the last steps of the online process you will then be asked to do the following:

  1. Open a special pdf-version of the declaration section of the application.
  2. Print the pdf-version of the declarations section.
  3. Write date and place and sign by hand in the field named ’Signature – the applicant’ on the last page of the declaration section.
  4. Scan the signed declaration section.
  5. Attach the file containing the scanned declaration and your signature.
  6. The application is now signed and can be submitted online.

Please note that by signing the declaration you solemnly declare that the information you have given in the online application is correct and complete.
