You are welcome to take a number half an hour before the Service Centre opens. The waiting room will be open.

Questions regarding a concrete case

Due to professional secrecy, we are only allowed to give you information about a concrete case if you are the applicant, have a letter of consent from the applicant, or if you are the applicant's employer.

Please make sure you know the full name and Alien Identification number (Udl.nr.) of the person in question.

Much of the information we have about applicants is confidential. Due to professional secrecy, we are not allowed to give this information to persons not entitled to it. For this reason, we may have to ask you certain questions in order to verify that you are entitled to the information.

Public holidays

The Immigration Service is closed on all public holidays, the day after Ascension Day, Constitution Day (June 5) and between 24 December and 1 January (both days included).
