Monday-Friday 8.30 a.m. to 12.00. Thursday also 3.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.

You are welcome to take a number half an hour before the Service Centre opens. The waiting room will be open.

If your enquiry is regarding a concrete case, please make sure to bring all relevant information and documentation, e.g. full name and Alien Identification number (Udl.nr.) of the person in question.

Public holidays

The Immigration Service is closed on all public holidays, the day after Ascension Day, Constitution Day (June 5) and between 24 December and 1 January (both days included).
