The Immigration Service’s EU hotline can provide you with more detailed and guided answers pertaining to questions dealing with residency rights in connection with regulations relating to free movement within the EU.

The EU hotline is meant as a resource for explaining the information found on www.newtodenmark.dk/eu and in the Immigration Service application packets. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with this information before calling the hotline.

The EU hotline cannot provide answers to questions pertaining to the expected outcome of individual applications or the processing status of a pending application.

Public holidays

The Immigration Service is closed on all public holidays, the day after Ascension Day, Constitution Day (June 5) and between 24 December and 1 January (both days included).
