The contact person arrangement

The Immigration Service has set up a contact person arrangement aimed at all companies and businesses in Denmark with foreign employees.

The arrangement offers quick and easy access to information and help in connection with the application process. The company in Denmark can be assigned a contact person in the Immigration Service who can guide the company through the relevant rules and regulations and refer the company to the relevant person in other areas where the company may need information.

The contact between company and contact person will take place via telephone and email. If needed weekly or monthly telephone meetings can be arranged, and also face-to-face meetings are possible.

The main purpose of this arrangement is to offer general information and help to companies with foreign employees. However, companies with 5 or more foreign employees will also be able to ask their contact person about the status of their ongoing applications.
