Secure e-mail
If you wish to send us confidential or sensitive information by e-mail, you should use secure e-mail, i.e. e-mail which has been encrypted and signed with a digital signature/NemID.
The Danish Agency for Labour Retention and International Recruitment is only allowed to send confidential or sensitive information via secure e-mail.
In order to send or receive secure e-mail, you need to install a digital signature/NemID.

www.danid.dk you can find more information about digital signature/NemID for private individuals and for companies/organisations (available in Danish only).
You can download NemID at
www.nemid.nu (available in Danish only).
Please note: You can only obtain the digital signature/NemID needed for secure email if you are a resident of Denmark and have a Danish CPR number.
In order to send us secure e-mail, you must encrypt the e-mail with one of our certificates.
Below you will find our mailboxes and a link to each mailbox's certificate.
If - as a private individual or a company/organisation - you wish to receive information from the Danish Agency for Labour Retention and International Recruitment via secure e-mail, please state this explicitly in your e-mail.
