Public holidays

We are closed on all public holidays, the day after Ascension Day, Constitution Day (June 5) and between 24 December and 1 January (both days included).

Duty of confidentiality

Our of confidentiality prevents us from releasing confidential information about a concrete case. We can release information to the applicant or another individual granted power of attorney by the applicant. Depending on the type of application, we may also release information to relevant individuals or institutions, such as the applicant's educational institution, host family, place of internship or employer. In some cases, we may ask you verification questions to determine whether you may receive the information.
