Holders of a valid permit for renewed entry have the right of entry without visa.

The following valid residence permits provide foreign nationals, which due to their nationality would otherwise be included in the visa demand, with the right to enter the Spanish area without visa:

Holders of the following accreditation certificates issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have the right to entry without visa:

  Special identity card, red, with the following statement on the cover: "Cuerpo diplomático. Embajador. Documento de Identidad" (The diplomatic corps. Ambassador. Identity document), issued to the accredited ambassador.

  Special identity card, red, with the following statement on the cover: "Cuerpo Diplomático. Documento de Identidad" (The diplomatic corps. Identity document), issued to the members of a diplomatic representation with diplomatic status. For spouses and children an F is added.
