2. Minor foreign nationals must possess the following documents:

3. List of participants in school trips within The European Union:

• Note 1:
  It must be noted that the proof of receipt for the first application for residence permit does not give the right to entry without visa On the other hand, the proof of receipt is recognized for the application for extension or amendment to the residence permit as valid if it is presented together with the old residence permit.
• Note 2:
  Proof of employment (”attestations de fonctions”) issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs protocol service are not valid as residence permits. Holders of such documents must also possess a residence permit according to the ordinary rules of law.
