Waiting times in the Immigration Service’s Service Centre, updated weekly.

The waiting times below covers week 10.

Monday       (8:00-12:00)    54 min.   
Tuesday      (8:00-12:00)    1 hours 19 min.
Wednesday (8:00-12:00)     35 min.
Thursday    (8:00-12:00)     23 min.
Thursday    (3:00-5:30)       1 hour 10 min.
Friday         (8:00-12:00)     25 min.

The shortest waiting time was thursday morning.

Average waiting times do not include general enquiries at the information desk or visits by individuals to obtain an application form.

Total number of peoples served

As of the 9th march 2010, a total of 10.369 people have visited the Service Centre.

When visiting the Service Centre

You normally need to take a number, when visiting the Service Centre.
In certain cases you do not need to take a number in order to be served.

Windows/enquiries not requiring you to take a number:

Window 1 – General information or to obtain an application form.

Window 2 – If you would like to apply for a new residence card or 
                   alien’s passport. Please remember to bring a valid form of  
                   payment.

Window 9 – If you need to have a residence permit affixed to your
                   passport.
