Informational meeting about family reunification under EU rules
The Danish Immigration Service will be holding a special informational meeting about applying for reunification under EU rules. The Danish Immigration Service is also publishing a new brochure about family reunification under EU rules.
Informational meetings about family reunification under EU rules are normally held in various locations around the country by the Danish Immigration Service’s regional representatives, Det Regionale Netværk. However, based on discussions with immigrants’ interest group Marriage without Borders and with the lawyers who participate in the Danish Immigration Service’s legal forum it was decided to hold a special meeting about the topic.
The meeting will be held on 24 October, from 3pm-5pm at the Danish Immigration Service’s main office on Ryesgade 53, 2100 Copenhagen Ø. The meeting will be held in ‘kantinens kursuslokale’. Please follow the signs from the main entrance.
If you are interested in attending, you can sign up by contacting Det Regionale Netværk (
regionalenetvaerk@us.dk).
In addition to the informational meeting, the Danish Immigration Service also collaborated with Marriage without Borders to publish a new brochure titled ‘
Family reunification under EU rules: Your guide to a successful application’.
