New fees as of 1 January 2012
The case processing fees for applications, appeals and requests to reopen af case in the areas of family reunification, work and studies change as of 1 January 2012.
The fee must be paid
by the time the application, appeal or request for reopening is submitted.
Please note that
the time of submission decides the amount of the fee. An application, appeal or request sent by mail before 1 January 2012 will be viewed as submitted before 1 January 2012, even if the Danish Immigration Service receives it after 1 January 2012.
It is not possible to pay a fee before 1 January 2012 and then use this as payment for an application, appeal or request submitted after 1 January 2012.
