Booking an appointment at SIRI
You must book an appointment before you appear in person at the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI).
SIRI has seven branch offices in Denmark. In addition to the branch office in Copenhagen, SIRI also has branches in Odense, Aalborg, Aarhus, Esbjerg, Sønderborg and on Bornholm.
See a list of all SIRI's branches, incl. information on addresses and opening hours here
You can book an appointment at any SIRI branch in order to:
- submit an application for residence in Denmark under EU regulations
- submit an application for a residence permit under the Danish Aliens Act
- have your biometric data recorded
- apply for a re-entry permit
Please note that you are not able to book an appointment to receive personal guidance on the rules and regulations governing residence in Denmark. If you need guidance, we ask you to call us instead.
Make sure to always bring your valid passport as well as all relevant information (such as your case number, CPR number or personal ID number). If you are a citizen of the EU, you can bring your national ID card.
How to book an appointment at SIRI
Before you can book an appointment, you must answer the following question. We ask you this question because we want to make sure that your appointment is with SIRI and not the Danish Immigration Service.
If you are in Denmark because you have been granted asylum or are here on grounds of family reunification, you must instead contact the Danish Immigration Service. If you have been granted a permanent residence permit in Denmark under the Danish Aliens Act, you must likewise contact the Danish Immigration Service.
What is the reason for your stay in Denmark?
As a citizen of Ukraine applying for residence in Denmark based on the Special Act, you must have your biometrics recorded in the Citizen Service of the Danish immigration Service.
